More Phoney Baloney Tulsan 'Bloggers'

The bigger breweries discovered some time ago that micro-breweries were digging into their profits, and developed 'brands' of 'micro-brews' to compete with their own older, more established names. Not a bait-and-switch, exactly, but designed to fool the unwitting consumer into thinking that instead of supporting megacorps they were supporting small mom-and-pop shops. The kind of place where the product is handcrafted, different, not just another corporate clone.
Such is the case with Griffin Communications' two 'blogging' websites, 918moms and 918couponqueen. Both make themselves look like impartial, community-minded bloggers, while on the payroll of one the state's most powerful media companies. And see how they trumpet their media mentions! LOL! Posers!
